Soroptimist Rummage Sale
We are excited to join Eveleth’s city-wide sale this year! Join us for a lovely collection of items, including higher-end women’s clothes, good quality children’s wear, collectibles, household items and more! And don’t miss our bake sale table, with delicious, homemade treats, including our famous apple strudel. Remember, all proceeds benefit our mission of empowering women and girls through education and training.
Chick Flick
Join us for Soroptimist International of Virginia’s premiere fundraiser! The evening begins with a buffet of appetizers and desserts with a lovely selection of wine. There will be a raffle for a variety of lovely baskets; winners will be announced before the MYSTERY MOVIE begins! And, remember, all proceeds benefit our area women and girls, providing them access to training and education, leading to economic empowerment.

Reduce, Reuse and Recycle for Women and Girls!
Join Soroptimist International of Virginia for a fun SALE of gently used and homemade goods! This is an early summer opportunity to find some great treasures for the cabin, lovely and unique items for yourself or friends and family, great food by talented bakers and candy makers and even some items that might spark a new hobby! All proceeds go to support our programs that provide education and training to women and girls, paving the way for their economic empowerment!
Spring Chick Flick
THE DATE IS SET! Wednesday, April 23rd, doors open at 5:15 p.m. Join us for an evening of food, wine (or tea or water), raffles and comradery followed by a great “Chick Flick” mystery movie. Guaranteed to be a fun evening and also to sell out, so get your tickets now!
Bring and Buy
This fun, pre-holiday event is the perfect place to find great gifts, socialize with new and old friends and enjoy a lovely appetizer buffet and program. The evening includes “Lucky Buck,” a live auction and a brief program on what SI Virginia is and does throughout the year. We hope you can join us! Proceeds benefit both our local women and girls as they pursue their dreams and the Quad Cities Food Shelf, to which we donate proceeds in March in order to double our impact!
Chick Flick
SI Virginia’s premiere fundraiser, the event starts with an appetizer and dessert buffet with wine, tea and water in the lovely, revamped Mountain Iron CEC movie theatres. Time to socialize and to purchase raffles for some great baskets is followed by a brief program and the announcement of the raffle winners. Then, the main event: a “Chick Flick” surprise movie! No horror movies or the like, just a great comedy or romcom to enjoy together. $30 per person; all proceeds benefit local women and girls as they pursue their dreams through education and training.
